They Say What They Say

So, my trip to Sydney. Not the most pleasant I've had, mostly because the meeting was not great. Also, I nearly got knocked out by a drunk throwing wheelie bins around in Pitt Street, but that was the least of my worries. The hotel was very nice and only a short walk from UTS so I didn't have to worry too much about taxis. And they served free drinks on the plane home, woot! But I wish I'd flown up Sunday morning so I could have gone for more of a look around. As it was I only had time to wander around Haymarket for a couple of hours before I had to stop for dinner and it got too late to keep going. I would have liked to have gone a little farther a field, but never mind. Next meeting I have for this project might be in Perth, and if it is I want to stay in Freo and I will definitely get and early flight so I can spend more time doing stuff. At least that's my plan at the moment *g*

I've just said yes to going to a dance party at the Eureka Tower on June 8th. And I have a CD launch to go to on the 7th. Plus, there's supposed to be a fangirl dinner and movie date also for the 8th, and I've got things this weekend as well. Where did this social life come from???

Gah, I accidentally reserved season five of Dawson's Creek at the Rowdy instead of season six. I wants my baby-faced, floppy-haired Jensen Ackles naooooow! At least I've got the first season of Dexter on the way, so that's something I suppose.

Tomorrow I start my day with a meeting and end it with a meeting. Oh wot joy.
