I'm watching LA Confidential now. Russell Crowe as Bud White. Guh, sohot!

ETA: As much as I love the movie, I like the book more. There's just so many more layers to the story and the characters in the book, espeically Bud, Jack and Ed. The guys who wrote the screenplay for the movie did an admirable job condensing it all into two or so hours, but they had the leave out so much it's almost too simplistic in comparason.
