They Say What They Say

My shoes squeak. It's very annoying. But the only other pair I have with me are my gym shoes so I either have to put up with the squeaking or go home at lunch time to change them. I think I might go home.

I was in the old home town over the weekend and we took my nephew to the lake to feed the swans for the first time. Only problem was, the swans nearly ate me! I made the mistake of feeding them out of my hand and not just throwing the bread on the ground. Next thing I know I was surround by a gaggle(?) of ravenous black swans who were hell-bent of eating everything I had.

There was one particular bird who wouldn't take no for an answer and snapped at my hand each time I tried to give a less agressive swan some bread. I'm surprised I still have all my fingers. I drew the line when it started to nibble on my jeans and got the hell out of there.
