I parallel parked a station wagon for the very first time today. Considering that a) I rarely drive these days, and b) I've never parallel parked anything bigger than a medium sized sedan, I'm quite proud of my achievement. Of course the power steering helped a great deal, and it was a fairly roomy parking space. But still, I did it without fuss and/or tears!

The good: It's raining and we so desperately need the rain.

The bad: It's raining and I have sheets on the line and another load of laundry waiting to be hung out.
