They Say What They Say

Ex-boss emailed me today to say that he's going to be in Melbourne over the long weekend and did I want to catch up and have a chat about why I didn't get the job. It's nice that he's concerned about me and I'd like to catch up with him, but I'm sure he'll understand when I tell him that that's the last thing I want to talk about and could we move on please.

I've done pretty much nothing all day and that suits me just fine. I finished summarizing the last chapter of my text book this morning, then spent the rest of the day riding around on my bike and shopping. I'll do some more revision tonight, but for the moment I'm happy sitting on the couch, watching lifestyle programs and eating ice cream.
