I'm waiting for the washing machine to finish so I can go and have a shower and then go to gym. Meanwhile, I'm having a second cup of tea and since [livejournal.com profile] texasbek tagged me for the music meme, here goes.

... it doesn't matter what genre they are from, whether they have words or even if they're any good but they must be songs you're really enjoying right now. Post these instructions, the artist and the song in your blog along with your six songs. Then tag six other people to see what they're listening to.

1. The B-Dollls: Boy Town
2. Foo Fighters: Best of You
3. Depeche Mode Personal Jesus
4. Ben Lee: Gamble Everything For Love

I can only think of four. Oh well. And there goes the little bell that tells me the washing is finished so I have to get of my ass and do something.

[livejournal.com profile] secret_garden, [livejournal.com profile] dawnglider, [livejournal.com profile] dzurlady, [livejournal.com profile] tookhernowhere, [livejournal.com profile] out_there, [livejournal.com profile] phoebesmum and [livejournal.com profile] in_the_bottle, you're up!

This was my first homework/family obligations-free Saturday for ages, so what do I do? Go to gym and them wander around Savers for a couple of hours. Gym was good. I did forty minutes of cardio and about the same of weights. After having a break for about three weeks while I finished up the semester, it's been good to get back again. I was starting to feel very flabby.

And how much do I love Savers? I found a great pair of jeans for $14.00 and a pair of red, knee-length boots for $18.00, plus a sweet little cardi that'll be perfect for cooler summer days. I also saw the most amazing pair of vintage 70's platform wedges with, I swear, a six inch heel. I tried them on and they were surprisingly comfortable, but there was no way I could justify buying them. Anyway there was another girl there who was far more interested in them that I was so hopefully she's given them a good home.

Of course what I really should have done was stay home and clean, but who can be bothered cleaning when there's exercise to be had and shopping to be done?
