I went to my first ever yoga class tonight and even though it was only the beginners class, my god it wore me out. I didn't realise it was so hard. Good, but hard. Now I'm sitting on the couch and seriously contemplating going to bed, even though it's only 10.30 and I don't have to work tomorrow. I'm just that tired.
I've decided that I'm going to try and go at least once a week, as well as gym twice a week. The yoga centre is on the way home from work so it's easy to get to, and since the class starts at 6.00pm and I finish work at 5.30, I can just go straight there, do the class and then go home. Of course once I start school again, the plan will probably collapse in a heap, but I'm going to try and stick to it as much as I can.
Now I just need to go and buy some of those nifty yoga pants...
