I'm home! I ended up staying in the old home town for an extra night because, for reason that don't need exploring at this juncture, I whacked my head on a piece of playground equipment at the park yesterday and didn't feel up to driving home last night. My neck is still a little stiff, but at least the lump on the top my head has gone down.
I'm currently sitting on my couch as I eat bread and honey and drink a cup of tea. In a few minutes I'm going to brave the rain and jump on my bike so I can return my library books which are due today and cannot be renewed again, and then go to the supermarket so I'm not reduced to eating bread and honey for dinner.
Oh, it's raining quite heavily now. Maybe I'll just go up to Station Street for my groceries and return the books tomorrow on my way to catch up with
eskarinasmith. That might be a better idea.
