Why is it that I always seem compelled to plant my foot firmly in my mouth? Why is it so?

After my meh day at work I decided to treat myself to a bunch of flowers on the way home. Some beautiful tiger lilies, and a little bunch of orchids that the woman at the florist slipped in for free. So naturally my karmic luck meant they had to fall out of my bike pannier somewhere along the way, and for me to not realise this fact until I'd gotten most of the way home. I jumped in the car and retraced my steps, and I did eventually find the orchids, but somewhere in Clifton Hill tonight, someone has been the recipient of an unexpected (and free) bunch of flowers.

I'm watching Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Harrison Ford is still teh hawt, but he cannot do accents to save his life. His Scottish accent is TERRIBLE!

Speaking of Scottish accents, last night I watched Local Hero for the first time in years, and OMG my love for that movie just knows no bounds! There's not a wasted scene or a superfluous line anywhere. Dan's dad Peter Riegert is fantastic as Mac, I ADORE Denis Lawson, and I think this would have to be my most favourite of Burt Lancaster's roles next to The Crimson Pirate. I defy anyone who sees this movie to not instantly fall in love with it. Really!

Dear Jensen Ackles

How can you not expect us to objectify you when you present us with this and this? Really, it'd be almost too much if it wasn't enough.

Yours, admiringly,

Laylee

I wonder what tomorrow will bring? Not the same thing as today, I hope.
