They Say What They Say

Still home sick, but feeling much better than I was earlier in the week. My doctor finally conceded that maybe I do need antibiotics to get rid of this thing and they have made a world of difference. I can almost breath through my nose again!

I've had two different people from work offer to come over to and go groceries shopping and cook food for me, which is so incredibly sweet! I'm pretty right in both departments, but I feel quite touched at the unexpected kindness. Restores your faith in your fellow human beings, and all that.

It's a beautiful day today; lovely and sunny outside and I do have a couple of errands to run so I'll get dressed soon and pop out for a bit. But I'm going to do a spot of cleaning when I get home because the old flat is starting to look a bit worse for wear after five days of continual occupancy. The dishes are all done, but the bathroom is starting to look a little downtrodden, and my bedroom could do with a dust and vacuum. But first I think I'll have another cup of tea and read some more Big Bang fic. Jared and Jensen vs. getting dressed and venturing outdoors? I know where my priorities lay *g*
