I have been hellishly hungover all day but it was so worth it because The Blow Waves EP launch at Revolver was AMAZING. Easily one of the best gigs I've been to in years. The boys were on fire and they had this great support band from Adelaide that almost but not quite stole the show before the Blowies even made it to the stage. All the old gang were there and oh my, didn't the beer flow freely? M surprised the socks of me when he leaped off the stage to give me a big hug and a kiss half-way through the set, I'm all stiff and sore from dancing in heels and have a mysterious cut on my hand from God knows what. After the gig we went to the Glasshouse where there was more dancing and more drinks and more fabulous times. I ran out of steam at about 4am and had to stagger home, but I'm pretty sure the party carried on until well into the morning at Shanty.

I managed to get out of bad at around 11.30, but felt pretty awful and could even bring myself to think about getting dressed until around 1.30. Then I had to schlep down to Clifton Hill station to pick up my car and make a run to the supermarket. I've been wearing track pants and a windcheater all day because I was completely incapable of putting an outfit together, which if your me is a very big deal. I also managed to try a new banananana bread recipe, but making dinner consisted of me calling the fish and chip shop so my flake and chips would be waiting for me when I drove down to Station St to collect them ten minutes later.

Gah, David Attenborough is trying to kill me with a cute overload. There are both baby wolves and baby bears on my TV screen at the moment. Doesn't he know that combining baby animal species is lethal to any and all onlookers?

Anyone on my flist in need of a new wardrobe? Cos one lucky person could be the proud owner of a life-sized TARDIS wardrobe! I just love the fact that even the light works and that most of the questions about the listing are people telling the guy who made how fantastic it is. I think I'm going to put it on my watch list just to see what happens.

I'm feeling quite weary. I think I need to go to bed...
