Is that Bones? Some people like it, I believe. I found it overly gruesome and sadistic, and the heroine, who I think is supposed to be autistic or something, gets tiresome - she's a world traveller and an expert in about 9,000 fields but incapable of functioning at a basic level. She's the head of a team of eccentric geniuses, who ought to be amusing, but are so thinly characterised and badly written that, again, it just gets tedious.

But you may love it, who can tell? I don't like a lot of things that fandom lurves.

It's supposedly based on Kathy Reichs's own life, but, I suspect, very loosely.
