They Say What They Say

Steve and Miranda are eating pizza on Sex and the City so now I want pizza. Except that I've already had my dinner - salad, chili con carne with out the potato, yoghurt for dessert - but oh my that cheesy topping does look good.

I spent the entire day wandering around the city trying to find a dress to wear to my birthday party next month. I did find a couple that I liked. Of course the first one was $800 (Marc Jacobs) and the second was $1400 (Diane von Furstenberg). And I got lipstick on my white dress while trying on some piece of tat in Myer's. Then there are all the new-season's shoes that are suddenly littering the shops. The world is now telling me that I desperately need a pair of leopard spot heels, and yes, I really do.

One of my neighbors says I should go out find myself a rich man to keep me in the style in which I want to be accustomed. I suspect she may be right.

Day off tomorrow because I worked yesterday. I'm meeting a friend for coffee in the morning, and then I've got the dentist in the afternoon. Oh joy. I think I'll have to be trying on a couple of more dresses after that.
