What's cheesecake got to do with llamas?

Uhh... llamas eat cheesecake?? I know they don't eat ducks!

Maybe the ducks are eating the cheesecake?

Sooo... the ducks are fighting the llamas for the cheesecake??

Yep. Ducks and llamas are natural enemies! Don't try to break up the fight by hand - ducks and llamas are vicious creatures. Use the hose instead. ;)

Hmm... wouldn't that be unfair to the llamas? I mean, the ducks to take naturally to water, but I don't think the llamas do. And really, cheesecake can't be good for animals, can it??

True, but using the hose has the advantage of making the cheesecake unfit to eat, thus leaving the ducks and llamas with no reason to fight[1] and no dangerous cheesecake.

[1]Assuming that they need a reason...

::thinks:: I don't think the ducks are that picky about the state of the cheesecake considering the fact that they eat water soaked bread...

Or you know, you can just cook the duck and we can all have duck for dinner. ;)

True. (But the poor ducks!)
Maybe we should eat the cheesecake instead. After all, it would be a fair way to solve the duck/llama fight. It's a hard job, but someone has to do it!
*cut up cheesecake*

Sorry, ducks and llamas, no cheesecake left.

That's as it should be.

LOL! And incidently, I bought a slice a cheesecake on the way back from work! So yay! I do have cheesecake! ::giggles::

Poor ducks and llamas.... well, at least the ducks are still alive. ;)

Have you heard the Monty Python llama song?

No, I don't think I have.

Heh, it's very funny. You can find a small (30 second) clip of it over at Amazon.
(If the link doesn't work, do a search for "Monty Python Live at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane [LIVE]".) Scroll down and click on '2. Llamas (Including 'Granada')'.

There's also a transcript of a similar sketch. Very short. Worth it if only for the picture of John Cleese and a llama.

Well, I need to spread the Python love.
Incidentally, the start titles of Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail contain brief mentions of llamas (as well as lengthier moose silliness). Highly amusing. If you haven't seen it (which you very well may have) then you should, it's very funny. Or, if you're really curious, you can find a copy of the screenplay here. The moose/llama fun can be found right near the top.

There needs to be fic about the llama song. You know that, right?

The llamas have been somewhat on my mind of late.

I'm having a problem commenting at the moment (i.e. all my comments are inane and slightly boring) which means that I haven't been commenting. I have decided to give up on good comments, because blah comments are better that no comments. Which is a rather long winded way of belatedly saying OMG a llama song! It's so hypnotic. And funny. And random.
...Now I have it stuck in my head.
