Yes, Mrs H.

The problem with going back to the old home town is that I occasionally run into people I really don't want to run into. One of my old history teachers, for example. I was never particularly fond of Mrs H. I found her to be even more patronising that was the norm at my school. And I'm sure she still think's that I'm thirteen or something. Of course she probably wasn't expecting me to end up being a lot taller than she is. No wonder she looked a bit startled when she saw me in the supermarket yesterday.

You can smile nicely, secure in the knowledge that you now have more qualifications and a better job than she does. Plus you're younger and have really good boots.
