I've watched so much Sex and the City over the past week, all I want to do is move to New York, wear fabulous shoes and outrageous clothes and snuggle up to Mr Big. I already have the curly hair, and my shoe collection is getting there, but I'm still working on the designer wardrobe and the funky Manhattan apartment with the huge walk-in robe is proving a little illusive...

Speaking of dreams, CKR turned up again last night. Something he's done quite frequently of late. I'm not sure what it all means. Actually I probably do, but I'm sure none of you really need to hear about my lack of a sex life.

*sigh*

snuggle up to Mr Big.

He's so snuggle-worthy! I've found SatC is just one of those shows you can watch over and over.

I've seen the episodes often enough that I can just skip through the boring bits with out losing the plot thread. Of course none of that applies to Chris Noth!

S&TC is a good comfort-watch, like Friends and some episodes of Frasier. No thought required, just look at the pretty people and laugh at the funny dialogue. Some days that's all my brain can handle.

Yesterday while I was lying down knackered from not-shopping, I dreamed Tom Cruise lived round the corner from me. Was I ever glad to wake up. Talk about there goes the neighbourhood ...

SatC is definitely comfort food. Although as with all comfort food, after a whle it makes you feel a little ill.

Have you ever noticed that it's the dreams that you don't want to remember that you invariably end up remembering?

I used to work with someone who seemed to be trying to imitate Carrie (the clothes, the shoes, the flirting), and it was actually kind of scary.

But maybe I just think that because I'm a Miranda ;-)

Tee hee! I'm a Miranda, too. And a real-life Carrie would scare me. Or annoy me. Or both ;)

Definitly both, I think.

Carrie was starting to really annoy me by the time I'd finished the last DVD. Talk about self-centred!

I think I'm also a Miranda, with shades of Charlotte thrown in for good measure. I don't think I could ever be a Samantha. She's very scary.
