I'm watching the first season of Roswell, and isn't that Richard Schiff? Why yes, it is. And he's basically playing Toby Zeigler, only a Toby who works for the FBI and deals in alien sightings.

I'm press-ganging my sister and her hubby into helping me with my job application. They both have MBAs and they have both been in the position of hiring staff at one time or another, so I think they'll be able to help a lot.
