My poor essay has been completely neglected tonight in favour of helping my brother write an application for an electrician's job at my work. He's actually quite happy where he is at the moment, and I'm not sure he'd want to be working under the dreaded DD (the guy who runs property and buildings) but he reckons it can't hurt to test the waters every now and then. And now he knows how to write an application the UM way!

So, yeah, a meme:
