Delia is now firmly ensconced in my parking space, and tonight's TV viewing has been somewhat fanish, what with a documentary about the Franklin Expedition on ABC that I just know Fraser would love, and Josh Charles turning up in Things to do in Denver When You're Dead on chanel seven. Not that I'll be watching the latter or anything because it's a bit too violent for me and I'm not happy about the way JC's character comes to an unfortunate end.
Last night, or more to the point yesterday afternoon and evening, saw me at the pub with the boys to watch the grand final. Only my watching actually involved consuming large amounts of beer then somehow making it home in one piece on my bike. This morning found me extremely hung over, but I managed to rally by lunch time and I ventured out to the shops and to visit friends, one of whom did a VERY SILLY THING when he drove while intoxicated, got nabbed by the police for a random breath test and ended up losing his license for twelve months. Let that be a lesson to us all.
I'm currently watching The Bourne Identity and not really following the plot so I have very little idea of what's going on. But Matt Damon is awfully impressive when doing unarmed, hand-to-hand combat. I should be cleaning up because I've got people coming over for dinner tomorrow night, but obviously I'm not. I have made the dinner, but my enthusiasm pretty much ran out after that.
Work tomorrow. Wot fun, she says.
