They Say What They Say

Well, I had my last class for the semester today and I also started my last assignment. Although when I say started it, I read through the introduction to the NAA's Recordkeeping Metadata Standard for Commonwealth Agencies on the train out to Caulfield this morning and downloaded a bunch of related articles when I got home tonight. But it all counts, doesn't it? And I have chosen the easiest topic on the list. All I have to do is write 3000-4000 words under six pre-defined headings. That's around 500-600 words per heading. Piece of cake!

shoshannagold, your postcard arrived today. Thank you so much! Not only is it fun to get mail that isn't bills, I'm getting quite a nice collection of cards from all over the world.

Last night I spent a goodly amount of time reading Supernatural fic. I even joined an SPN fic community (although it confuses me because it's called sn_fic and I keep thinking it's Sports Night.) Does this mean I have a new fandom?

And a big thank you to malnpudl who told me how to turn off rich text mode after having got suck in it for the last week. While I like using it occasionally, I'm not a fan of using it all the time. Trying to do an lj-cut with it is most unnerving.

Is it possible to become addicted to chai? I bought some chai teabags yesterday and, well, yes, a lot of chai is being drunk in my household at the moment.
