Would Fraser be part of the Mountie task force that arrested all those guys for terrorism? I'd say so. At least inadvertently. He'd have stumbled across something that made him suspicious while he was out on patrol, and before you could say 'Tuktoyaktuk' there'd be high-speed snowmobile chases involving automatic weapons across the tundra while Ray (Kowalski) champed at the bit, frustrated that as a civilian he couldn't do anything official because he gave up being a policeman after he went to live with Fraser in Canada.
It would all come to a head on the peak of some very tall mountain where Fraser would save the ringleader from tumbling over the cliff, but not before he gave him a very thorough talking-to about the error of his ways. He'd then hand him over to the Mounties waiting at the foot of the mountain who came to the rescue after Ray put his own life on the line to let them know what was going on. Then he and Ray would go home and Ray would start ranting at him for risking his life and doing the super Mountie routine without back-up and not letting him help when he wanted to. Finally Fraser would shut him up by kissing him and they would spend the night having noisy sex and reminding each other that they were, indeed, both still alive.
