Huh, daylight savings started last night. I had no idea.

Today is so windy, it is so windy that I'm wondering if the washing I put on the line will have flown away to Bendigo by now.

Yesterday I failed in my mission to buy a dress and the third season of Angel, largely because they were sold out at the places I went to look for them. Today I am hoping for more success, even though it means driving to Northland.

Of course this would also mean that I have to tear myself away from looking at pictures of Jared and Jensen on the interwebs and that's proving more difficult than I initially thought.

Huh, daylight savings started last night. I had no idea.

Today is so windy, it is so windy that I'm wondering if the washing I put on the line will have flown away to Bendigo by now.

Yesterday I failed in my mission to buy a dress and the third season of Angel, largely because they were sold out at the places I went to look for them. Today I am hoping for more success, even though it means driving to Northland.

Of course this would also mean that I have to tear myself away from looking at pictures of Jared and Jensen on the interwebs and that's proving more difficult than I initially thought.

Northland was a bit of a wash. I found the dress I was after and it looked quite nice on, but the colour didn't work on me at all.

Note to self: beige does not suit you. It makes you look like a corpse.

Even the sales assistant, the one whose job it is to persuade me that beige really is my colour so that I will part with my money, had to agree. So yeah, no new dress for me. I had a bit of a look around for some new work clothes, but most of the shops are in full-on spring racing carnival mode so they're full of floaty frocks and cute skirts and tops but nothing much that's be good for the office.

No new DVDs either. K-Mart are having a sale so all their and Angel DVDs must have sold out. They didn't have season 3 at Myer or HMV and I couldn't be bothered schlepping across the road to JB. I toyed with the idea of buying the first season of 21 Jump Street (mmm, baby Johnny Depp!) and I still plan on getting the Roswell full series box set one of these days, but today I really had my heart set on Angel!

I'm home now, sitting on the couch eating corn chips and masturbating drinking beer. For some reason I'm channeling Billy Tallent. That's not necessarily a bad thing.

My right eyelid keeps twitching. It's becoming a little alarming. Maybe I should go and see a doctor about it.

ETA: Jared and Jensen are still eating my brain. They're so pretty, I just can't stop!
