They Say What They Say

Today I went shopping to buy some new work pants. So naturally I put a pair of $350 boots on lay-by instead :~\

But how could I resist???. And the black calf will look fabulous with winter skirts, just as soon as I make them.

As it is I couldn't find any pants that I either liked or fitted me or both. With the scrag-end of the summer sales still going on and the winter stock only just starting to make it into the shops, there's not a lot to chose from at moment, plus it's, you know, that time of the month so shopping for clothes when I'm feeling bloated and achy isn't a great idea to being with. I'll have another go in a couple of weeks. Hopefully by March there'll be more to chose from.

I'm currently making soup and they I will hang my washing on the line, and then I will have a more in-depth viewing of A Very Supernatural Christmas than I did on Monday night thanks to the fact that it was up against the premier of Dirty Sexy Money on channel seven. I taped SPN of course. Nothing will fully stand between me and Sam 'n' Dean.

Actually, what I might do is pop into the city tomorrow morning and have a look in Brown Sugar. They've usually got some nice stuff and the best part is that their pants come in half sizes so I'm bound to find something that is both stylish and that fits properly.

Should I make muffins to eat during that chat tomorrow?

On second thoughts, no. Muffins are the reason why I'm having trouble finds pants that fit to begin with!
