The weather is still perfectly vile - rain, hail, gale-force winds, a chill factor approaching freezing - which means, of course, chocolate self-saucing pudding!

Mmm, pudding.

My thighs are now crying out in pain, but when you need some comfort food this is up there in the top ten of my list of sinful things that you can eat to make yourself feel better. Of course it pretty much goes without saying that numbers one through five are all chocolate, but who's counting?

Oooh, the choklit self-saucing pudding, that I never did find my emon equivalent recipe for.

I have to make bananana cake later. Have to. Banananas are going brown. (Hate to say that, in view of your bananana shortage, but it's true.)

The recipe book that I got the choklit pudding from also has a recipe for Lemon Delicious pudding, which is self-saucing. Very delicious *g*

The banananana situation is improving. They were only $9.99 a kilo at my local fruit shop the other day, as opposed to $14.00 from a couple of months ago :~\
