Random Stuff

Good God, I start classes today. And thanks to a monumentally idiotic timetable change, I have to come to work for three hours, make a mad dash out to Caulfield at 1.00pm, go to class for three hours, make a mad dash back to the city at 5.00pm and go back to work for another 3 hours. Wednesdays are not going to be my favourite day for a while.

Went to see 'The Passion of the Christ' last night and jeez I was drained by the time it ended. Not a movie I will happily see again but I'm glad I have seen it for some strange reason. One of the friends I went with think's we were all victims of the hype surrounding it and he's probably right. Still, I had some very odd dreams when I finally got to sleep.

Was tPotC as shockingly violent as everyone keeps saying? I'm a wuss when it comes to violence and blood, so... I'm avoiding it for a while. (At least until it comes to video and I can hit fast-forward...)

If you don't like blood and blatant man's inhumanity to man, don't go. I couldn't watch some of it, especially during the scourging and crucifixion scenes. It wasn't like anything they taught us when I did RE at school.

Much better to spend my time writing SN smut than freaking myself out with a film that's going to... freak me out.
