I'm trying to guess what's up with that picture. Is CKR suggesting that, regardless of being over 40 now, he's still 38 at heart? That it takes 38 tweaks of his nipple before orgasm? That he can't believe he's number 38 on a top-50 sexiest celebrity bachelors list?
