not just cool, it's cold!

OMG, cold, wet, windy, did I say cold???

Welcome to winter in Melbourne.

*shivers*

Tomorrow is not going to be much better. Or the rest of the week, come to that. Just as well I hadn't planned on riding to work at all this week. Because between the predicted rain, hail and OMG cold! I don't think cycling would be at all a pleasant experience.

I really have nothing much else to say. Work is meh, I haven't gotten sick again and I took F and Z to Fun Bugs yesterday with minimal consequences (i.e. no tears). It's cold, but I think you've already guessed that, and is that Malcolm in the Middle on Criminal Minds? Huh, nice tattoos he's got going there.

Yeah, my life is so *insert jazz hands* at the moment.

Think I'll go turn on my electric blanket and make some hot milk.

Woot?

Is that the comic book artist episode? Yes, I think it was, except I only ever watched a few episodes of Malcolm in the Middle, so I can't say for sure.

Crappy things are happening to a lot of people on my FL, so I am going to try to be a bit less whiny for a while. If you would like to lay bets on how long that's going to last, you're probably in with a chance of winning a fortune and never having to work again. Damn, I wish I could bet on myself ...

THERE, YOU SEE??

'Meh' is better than 'bloody awful', and yay! for kids, and for not getting sick again. Avoid riding the bike in horrible weather so that you stay that way.

I will gladly trade places with you. I think today is finally going to be a little cooler (meaning in the low 80's) but we've been in the 90's and 100's since summer began. In fact, we never really do get cold...
