Wow, cool idea for an AU; it works very well with all the strong female personalities on the show.

*dittos what everyone else has said about Natalie and Dana being women in charge*

And I know this is Natalie (and a bit Dana) fic, but I absolutely love the last section when they're out on the town with Dan and Casey. Especially closing on the image of Casey with his arm around Dan.

Say what you like about Aaron Sorkin, he is good at giving us strong female characters in charge, even if they do go a little crazy from time to time. And I couldn't not have the boys in the story. What sort of Sports Night story would it be without Dan and Casey?
