They Say What They Say

Okay, so I'm panicking slightly because I have a new bed being delivered tomorrow and I have to pay for it when it arrives, but the money I transferred out of my savings account yesterday hasn't yet shown up in my transaction account yet and what if it arrives and I have to send them away because I has no cash???? MEEP!

But yay, new bed!! I've been dithering over this for a couple of months, but I finally bit the bullet on Saturday. I really could not face another month of sleeping on my old bed. It's gotten so old and saggy that it's probably doing more harm than good. I don't think I've had a decent nights' sleep on it for months and my back feels like it's tied in knots from all the lumps and bumps. So yay, new bed! I just hope I have the cash to pay for it.

*wibbles*

In other news I played host to jamethiel_bane on Friday and together we ate pizza, drank pink champagne, red wine and discovered the delights of The History Boys. How did I not know about this movie before now? Dakin/Irwin OMG! And poor Hector. Yes, he was a dirty old man, but when he broke down like that I nearly started crying myself. Then I introduced her to Brideshead Revisited and really, those first couple of episodes with Charles and Sebastian? Not so much subtext, more like text beating you over the head with a large stick.

Tonight's Supernatural is both heartbreaking and gross. But I don't think Jared has ever looked more handsome and Jensen just keeps getting better and better. I can't wait for next week, it's going to be a scream!

BTW, when I cleared the stuff out from under my old bed for when they take it away tomorrow, I found three pairs of shoes, two pairs of boots and an old Ikea catalogue. I just thought you needed to know that.
