They Say What They Say

Eeek, I still haven't finished my homework and I've got all this laundry to fold and put away before I have a house inspection tomorrow. I've decided not to bother with vacuuming. I went over the carpets last week so they look okay, and anyway, I've run out of vacuum cleaner bags and don't have time to get more. But I do have to do the dishes and I think I'll put my sewing machine away. It's not like I've actually USED it in the last two months so there's no point leaving it out.

Thing is though, I don't want the place to look too nice, otherwise my landlord might decide to take advantage of the current sellers market and put it up for auction. It has to look like I'm taking care of it, but not so good that he'll want to take the money and run.
