I swear they're just waiting to see how far they can push me before I finally give up and cancel the order. But you know what? I'm not going to. I'm going to keep that order open until they either send me the DVD or they admit that they can't get it and they cancel it themselves. I will not given them satisfaction.
Meanwhile I've also ordered it from Chapters, but today I got an odd email from someone "claiming" to be on the Chapters customer service team. They said they were waiting for my bank to verify the address on my credit card and could I please fax them copies of my last statement and my card.
Very dodgy if you ask me.
I emailed Chapters and asked if this person was on their staff and would they request such a thing from their online customers. I haven't heard back from them yet, but no way in hell would I consider giving anyone a copy of my credit card statement. I'd rather cancel the order than do that.
