After letting them know in no uncertain terms that I would not supply them with a copy of my credit card statement, Chapters has seen fit to approve the order and apparently it is now awaiting shipment. micehell after Chapters looked like they weren't going to be forthcoming, and that copy is also pending, not to mention the still open order from amazon.ca.
Now it's just a case of waiting to see whose copy arrives first. I bet it isn't amazon's.
