They Say What They Say

Shoes were not bought, but the last of my Christmas shopping was achieved and gym was attended. The temperature is currently 33c and I have consumed two Moscow Mules (vodka, lime juice, ginger beer) and eaten one bowl of pasta. I am ensconced on my couch, watching the Sex and the City marathon on TV and wondering where I can find a lamp like the one Carrie has in her bedroom.

As all this is going on I ponder, where has the year gone? And then I remember that this year has been one of the least stellar in my life, so good riddance!
