I've hurt my back. Well, part of my back. The spot over my right shoulder blade is unbelievably painful at the moment. It also makes certain things like buttering toast and putting on clothing somewhat difficult. I've no idea how this has happened. I was fine when I went to bed, but sometime during the night it went ping!
It's a good thing I have something like 70 sick days saved up because there is no way I can go to work today. It's a little hard to concentrate when every time you move your back screams in pain. I've made an appointment with the doctor for later today, but meanwhile I'm going to make a cup of tea, sit on the couch and try not to move too much.
