Notes: I was rambling around avengerkink on LJ the other day and stumbled across this prompt. It immediately set the plot bunnies a-bouncing and this happened.

Prospect Park really does have a commemorative tree program and people can plant new tress or adopt an older one to honor friends and loved ones. I'm not sure if they actually allow plaques, but it's my story and in this universe they do!

You know how I haven't written anything at all for the last couple of years? Yeah, well, apparently the drought has broken thanks to two beautiful boys and the angst they just naturally generate.

Summary: Apparently the Winter Soldier can speak at least four different languages. Bucky's not so sure about that
Notes: Title take from The West Wing episode of the same name. All the bits in other languages came from the interwebs so please forgive me and offer suggestions if they are wrong.
