Note to self: of course you're going to choke on your date and banana muffin if you're eating it while listening to Jensen Ackles say things like '"re-hymenated'. What else were you thinking???
Hilarious! Simply hilarious. I don't think I can really review this episode so much as squee all over the place at hour fabulous it is. Love the super retro old-style credits and the OTT monsters.
Jared and Jensen were so beautiful in this ep, they were absolutely born to be filmed in black and white. It was a great touch to set it during Oktoberfest, while all the little touches like the lovers lane, the extreme close-ups of terrified faces, the suitably cheesy soundtrack and the convenient flashes of lightening.
OMG, lederhosen! Although I'm sad we didn't get a good close-up of Jensen's legs.
Agents Angus and Young!!!!!
The moped!!!!!!
I loved Jamie to pieces and her chemistry with Dean was fantastic. Why wasn't Melinda Sward around when they were casting Cassie in Route 666??? I did feel a little bit sorry for Dracula when he was talking about his childhood, however the whole pizza scene cracked me up and I'm glad it was Jamie who took the bad guy out in the end and she wasn't just hanging around being the damsel in distress.
We saw Sam eat! Dean got devirginised. Again! And Sam saw the new Raiders movie without him! *pets poor dean*
Prior to this Tall Tales was my most favourite comic SPN episode. This most definitely beats it, hands down!
