Please, somebody stop me! I've had take away for dinner so much this week I can feel the fat forming as I type. Fish and chips tonight, Chinese last night (on top of Vietnamese for lunch) and pizza the other night. I think I've cooked a total of once this week and even then it was sausages and mash with caramelised onions and mushroom sauce.
On the whole I eat fairly well, but right at this moment the cupboard is reletively bare. I desperately need to go shopping and buy lean meat, vegies, pulses, grains and low-fat dairy products - everything I usually have on hand but am severely lacking in at the moment. I also need to get back to gym and yoga now that my back is feeling better. But what I mostly need to do is stop eating so much crap!
