My Twitch City DVDs have arrived and are currently being held hostage by the delivery company because I wasn't here to sign for them when they came by my flat in the middle of the working day! Don't they realise what they're depriving me of? Callum as Newbie, one of the most seriously cute characters to grace our TV screens next to Johnny Johannsson, who was also played by Callum!

In other fanish news, [livejournal.com profile] phoebesmum reports that wee!Josh is working again, with two new projects listed on his profile. And The West Wing finally returned to Australian TV screens last night, with the first two episodes of the sixth season. Oh how I've missed you, Jed and Leo, Josh and Toby, Donna and CJ!

I am currently watching Fortunes of War, a BBC miniseries made in the late 80's and featuring a very young (and yet to be married) Kenneth Branagh and Emma Thompson as Guy and Harriet Pringle, with an even younger (and still relatively cute) Rupert Graves as Simon. I watched it on the ABC many years ago, so when I was trawling around IMDB looking for something to buy that didn't star either Callum Keith Rennie, Paul Gross, or Josh Charles I remembered how much I enjoyed it and got the entire series from amazon for the princely sum of $US17.00 including postage and handling. I do love a good BBC costume drama and think I'll get Brideshead Revisited next, because who can resist a good bit of unrequited love between pretty boys?
