They Say What They Say

I just saw an ad for The Dark is Rising movie. Pretty much every worst fear I had after reading about the movie and what they've done to the story has come true. You couldn't even pay me to go and see it.

*clutches beloved books to my bosom*

My mobile phone has, for some reason known only to its self, decided to stop sending text messages. It will receive text messages quite happily, but send them? Not this week, thank you. I'm maybe thinking that if I turn it off for a while it might right it's self, but now I've gone and left it at work so I'm not going to be able to test that theory until tomorrow.

Tonight I really wanted meatloaf and mashed potatoes for dinner. But due to the fact that my mince had not defrosted by the time I got home, I had baked beans on toast instead. Tomorrow night will be meatloaf night, I hope, But right now, I'm going to have some more toast *g*

Am very disappointed that I missed out on the impromptu Sports Night chat on the weekend, but have been inspired to do something to mark its 10th anniversary next year. I will mull it over and get back to you.

When you do that wibble thing with your mouth when Dean is pissed-off and/or upset about something, it just about kills me. I just thought you'd like to know.
