1. I have the most enormous bruise on the inside of my left knee. I have no idea how I got it, but it's huge and purple and UGLY as sin.

2. I've decided to cut back on the social life for a while. All the going that I've been doing the last couple of months has started to take it's toll and my liver is beginning to hate me :~\

3. I really like Californcation. David Duchovney is hilariously dry and still very easy on the eye.

4. I must to be getting up at 6.30am tomorrow so I can drive out to Tullamarine to see C off on his big adventure. This not a time of morning that I am very fond of.

5. OMG, last night's Doctor Who was so scary! I will never be able to look at a statue of an angel in the same way again.

6. Yesterday I got a parking ticket for $150. I am not pleased about this, particularly since I have only just paid off the $1600 worth of car repairs I had to put on my credit card in June.

7. Good grief, Hugh Jackman singing Oh What a Beautiful Morning is to die for!

8. In conclusion, kitty cats!

Last night's Dr Who was so scary I had to leave the room several times. Just... GAH

KITTENS. Are they yours?

I was on the edge of my seat the whole way through, especially when they went back to the house and we got to see what and angel's face really looks like. Eeep!

No, they're not my kitties. They're a pair of Bengals that someone on [livejournal.com profile] melbournemaniac was trying to find a new home for a few months back. They're so pretty I just had to save the picture!

I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Then I went over to a friend's house and we watched the Buffy episode 'Hush'. OMG, talk about a scarefest!

Purty kitties! They would brighten any day.

The inside of your knee is an off place to get a bruise. I refuse to be drawn into speculation.

wrt social life, if your liver can stand it, then my advice to you is to make the most of it while you've still got one. I am dying of boredom for lack of places to go or things to do or people to see. Pretty much literally, actually.

I am hoping that we will have a chance to see Californication. And several other new shows that sound good. It is all in the hands of the TV scheduling gods, since I don't really like DLing stuff.

I didn't know there was a 6.30 in the morning. Oh, sure, in theory, but I thought that was just to keep things symmetrical.

Apparently 6.30am does exist. At least it did this morning, although I'd be reluctant to visit it again. And my bruise is looking more and more purple by the hour. I really would love to know how I acquired it. It certainly beats the hell out of me :~\

I taped some show about Broadway musicals last night and they showed a clip of him from Oklahoma. With all the tough guys roles he takes on one tends to forget that he got his start in musical theatre *g*

He played Gaston in Beauty and the Beast, I know - he did a very funny interview on Jonathan Ross, where he admitted to having wet himself on stage. You have to love a heartthrob who'll tell that sort of story about himself.

Re the Bengal kitties, I do hope they went to a good home - they're too beautiful not to have a happy ending.

I remember they were being adopted out as a pair so I hope they were able to stay together. If I had the room I would have taken them like a shot!

If only I'd taken better notice of the signs. My only consolation is that I wasn't the only fool who parked in the same place cost there were many bits of paper stuck under windscreen wipers when I finally rescued the car.

*flails* I just LOVED Blink! That is seriously one of the best episodes of season 3!! (Also, KITTIES!! :-D)

To be honest, I've been finding this season a little lackluster, but Blink totally restored my confidence in the series!
