do you want to kick my puppy as well?

Of course the only thing that could top all the work-related angst from earlier in the week would be for me to nearly slice the top of my middle finger off while cutting up a cucumber and then finding a couple of grey hairs :~\

Thank god tomorrow is Saturday \o/

I still have a couple of drabbles left to do and I will accomplish that over the weekend. I am also going to make a dress or two, vacuum my carpet, do laundry and purchase the third season of Angel on DVD. There's this dress at Northcote Plaza that I want to look at, Darn Cheap Fabrics keeps sending me the Siren's call at the moment and I was invited to a BBQ tomorrow night. That's enough to keep my mind of the sliced finger and the premature grey, I hope. If not there's also red wine. And choklit, which is another great leveler.

Mmmm, red wine and choklit!

*sends band-aid*
*sends more choklit*

*huggles back*

:)

Actually, this has reminded me of a strange dream I had last night, in which I read bits of badfic to you, and you were all, 'Argh! My eyes!'
...this is what I get for reading bad fic excerpts right before bed.

There's a reason why I avoid badfic like the plague. do not want it in my dreams, thankyouverymuch!

Your weekend sounds busier than most people's weeks. Certainly mine, I'm planning on spending mine in bed. For one thing, I think I have a cold hovering and since I have an interview on Monday = Do Not Want.

My hair these days is more the case of occasionally I find a brown one and am surprised.

A cucumber is rather an ignominious thing to fall prey to. A butternut squash, now, that would be understandable.

You've got an interview on Monday? For that job you really want? Best to be taking large amounts of vitamin C and garlic and horseradish and echinacea and fluids and rest and all the stuff you're supposed to do for flue-like symptoms.

Cutting my finger while slicing cucumber for my salad sandwich was not the most pleasant way to start my Thursday. At least it's stopped bleeding and I can get rid if the giant band-aid. And I didn't need stitches this time :~\
