*twirls you*
I had acupuncture for the very first time today. It was - weird. Good, but weird. Some of the needles I could hardly feel at all, but others, OMG, ow! J (my acupuncturist) said that was because the spots where she was placing them are all connected to my current emotional state and various parts of my chi that need mending or releasing or something. The ones she placed in my wrists hurt the most, and goddamn the one that went in near my liver was like, SHIT! But I'm feeling a lot more chipper than I have in a long time, so I'm definitely going for more sessions once I've finished my latest assignment. Of course the cup of tea and cake that we went out for afterward didn't hurt at all *g*
I spent a great deal of last night spoiling my self over the final season on The West Wing at Television Without Pity.

However I wish they'd get a move on and screen it in Australia. Yes, I know they have to actually screen the final part of the fifth and the whole of the sixth seasons (no thanks to channel nein for dumping it halfway through number five) but I'm not sure why the ABC decided to start at season four when it bought the rights to the series. I guess they thought viewers would like to catch up on what had happened in the previous season, which is nice, but it seems like we're going to have to wait an absolute age before we get to see any new episodes.
*is impatient*
Why did I eat so much chocolate today? It's no wonder I'm still getting pimples.
ETA: The Dresden Dolls are programming Rage tonight and they're playing the most fabulous selection of 80's music. So far they've played Peter Gabriel, Adam and the Ants (were they always that gay?) Bananarama, Cyndi Lauper, Pat Bennetar, and now A-Ha are asking if I'd like to take them on. I was going to go to bed, but maybe I'll just stay up a little longer...
